CA-Electronics Diamond 1 damping plate is the logical next step of the Ca Plate. The Diamond 1 damping plate delivers the ultimate resonance control and shielding available at this moment. CA Plate's are made of selected wood, ceramics, and materials which shields your equipment against RFI very effectively. This combination will give a huge improvement in the way music is heard. The damping plate's are born after many months of designing, testing and trying different materials. We found the Ceramics, as used in the CA Cones in combination with the wood used worked very well. The addition of a massive shielding plates encapsulated into the ceramics will shield the equipment on top and below the plate against RFI. When you use more Damping Plate's, the effect is even bigger, as each appliance is shielded. As with the CA Cones, the Ceramic used is very effective in absorbing many frequencies, and the same story goes up for the wood used. Overall a very effective damping over a broad range of frequencies, which does not make's music sounds too damped, but very musical.
